CMEbank is a repository of your CME/CE documentation.  Just as a bank is safe and secure for your financial needs, CMEbank safely and securely organizes and archives your information similar to on-line banking.

4.                  Where is the CME/CE documentation stored?

All CME/CE documentation is stored off site of our facilities in a safe and secure server with multiple back ups.  You can relax knowing your information is safe and secure.

1.                  Where can I access my CMEbank account information?

You can access your CMEbank account from any computer.  Whether you are at home, work, or traveling you can relax knowing that you can have instant access to your account.

2.                  How do I start my membership?

You can start your membership by simply going to our secure login page of our web site.  You will be directed to enter information to complete your login.  If you would like to go to the log in page now just click this link log in.

3.                  Do you send me email reminders when it is time for me to renew my CME’s?

Yes, we will send you an email reminder when it is approximately 3 months prior to the time you need to have your CME/CE’s completed.

4.                  What if I want a copy of my certified transcript mailed?

Depending on the account level chosen at the initial login, CMEbank will mail a copy of your certified transcript to any location in the United States.  Any copies requested for mailing outside the United States will incur charges .

5.                  How do I choose the account level that is best for my needs?

Only you can decide which level best fits your needs.  However, the best value is the Premium Account.  While this level is ideal for Physicians, it enables anyone in the medical field the most services for a reasonable cost.

6.                  What if I have a question about my account?

7.                  How do I renew my subscription?

We will send email reminders 2 months prior to your subscription renewal time.  To renew, revisit the web site and follow the subscription instructions.

8.                  Can I use the online calendar for other reminders besides medical?

Yes, the calendar is for you to use as a reminder of any event that you would like a reminder of.  Our website has been designed to be user friendly.

1.                    Can a member of my family use my account?

Unfortunately each person must have a separate account unique to them.

2.                    Is credit card the only way we can make a payment?

Unfortunately, payment by credit is the only way to initiate your account on the web site at this time. Hopefully, in the near future we will take electronic ACH checks on-line.

3.                    Once I start my subscription by internet or on the phone, do you send confirmation?

You will be sent a confirmation regarding your membership.
